Nice Apollo EPMORB/A Medium Reflective Photocell Photoeye With BlueBUS Technology
The Nice Apollo EPMOR device is part of the Era-EP series and is designed for fast, easy, and reliable installation. Automatic synchronization avoids possible interference between multiple photocell pairs, made possible by a reflective technique of sensing. Built in LED provides diagnostic indications and can be installed to illuminate the transit area and can act as a flashing light. Anti-glare circuit eliminates the possibility of sunlight interface. The EPMOR photocell utilizes BlueBUS Technology, allowing communication between the photocells and communication control unit. This connection is made possible through reflective technology that only requires two wires to be installed to the main photocell. The Nice Apollo EPMOR device is the perfect universal option for new or existing automation systems making it a fast and easy solution for just about any application. Installation, wiring, programming and maintenance must be performed by qualified technicians, in compliance with the applicable laws, standards, and local regulations to avoid safety hazards. In case of any malfunctions, contact the Nice technical assistance to verify that installation conditions are compatible with the application. Regular scheduled maintenance is to be performed at least every 6 months. The Apollo EPMOR device is designed to work for at least 10 years under normal conditions and then it is recommended to service more frequently. Use a slightly damp soft cloth to clean the housing, lenses, & glass panels. Avoid using cleaning products containing detergents, alcohol, & abrasives to avoid dulling the services and hindering operation. Keep the device clear of humidity, oxidation and foreign bodies. The Nice Apollo EPMOR is designed to be used with devices that are used as presence sensors for automations to doors, gates, garage doors or other similar equipment such as type D devices. Any other uses are considered to be improper usage and are prohibited!
By upgrading two optional components such as the OXIBD receiver and the OX2UBP hardware interface, you can automate your system into the Yubii ecosystem or your preexisting automation system. Any control unit with an SM connector can be enhanced to include automation if it does not already. Ensure that third-party motors can be integrated with the OX2UBP hardware interface upgrade. The nice gateway connects with systems such as Yubii to personalize control from anywhere by using a smartphone or by setting a key on the bidirectional remote control. Over 3000 third- party interfaces are compatible, Please check with your manufacturer to see if this feature applies to your system.
