    The Estate Swing single button 418MHz remote transmitter is small enough to go anywhere you go and even comes with a keychain attachment. These transmitters are rated for a range of about 40 feet and will even work farther with the optional Estate Swing long distance receiver antenna. These transmitters also work with all U.S. sold FAAC gate operators and all other 418MHz receivers with 12 dip switches. Battery included.

    NOTE: This transmitter was included with all Estate Swing gate openers purchased prior to July 2005. If you purchased the optional receiver upgrade at the time of purchase you will need the GateCrafters single button (P220-1K), 318MHz transmitter.

    Compatible: Estate Swing gate openers from before 2006. Devices equipped with FAAC RP418DS receiver.
